Dr. Spiegel is fortunate to travel across the country and Europe throughout the year to meet with patients and discuss his surgical specialty. During each visit he is able to chat with potential patients and explain not only how he performs each surgery but why he suggests the different procedures he does. He also reviews before and after photos of previous patients, reviews questions from the audience and discusses his theory on femininity, beauty and attractiveness and how all three are related to facial surgery.
